Scammers are using Stephens Memorial Hospital’s phone number through a method called “caller ID spoofing” to contact individuals. They are falsely claiming to represent our organization and are asking for personal information, including Social Security and disability information. We will never call you to request Social Security numbers, banking details, or disability information over the phone. If you receive a call like this, do not share any personal information and hang up immediately.
